1. Do I need to send certified copies of marriage license or just copies of it?

2. Do I need to send copy of all the pages in my passport or just the page with my information+picture, my b2 visa that I used to enter, and entry stamps?

3. i entered with a new passport but used visa from old expired passport, do I need both passports copies or just the most recent one?

4. for I-131 I don’t have joint bank account, lease or utility bills - will a health insurance plus other photos+phone bills+receipts for purchases be enough?

thank you

1. I submitted the certified copy, you can get it from the county clerk office.

2. I didn't submit all pages, just pages with my information and all the visas (expired and un-expired).

3. Both.

4. Why do you need those thing for I131?
