Hi guys,

Our 90 day period leading up to our GC anniversary date passed a week ago. I'm getting ready this week to send off for our removal of conditions. Listed below is the evidence we are sending let me know if i'm missing anything & if there's anything else I'm required to include evidence wise.

Evidence:

20 pictures of us together ranging from wedding to current

Joint taxes from last 2 years

Proof of lease from August 2016-June 2018

Proof of lease of new place from June 2018-current

Proof of all utilities paid in both our names from August 2016-June 2018

Proof from landlord that we are both responsible for utilities at new place

Mix of my name & my wifes name on new utilities for our apartment (some have only just been set up & are in either mine or my wifes name on some of the bills as we just moved in)

Proof of joint ownership of 2 vehicles

Proof of joint car insurance

Proof of joint home insurance

Proof of joint phone plan

Affidavit from mother in law stating we lived at her home during holidays & time not in college (this address remained permanent address before we moved to our new place after college)

Proof of joint bank account from June 2016-current

Proof of joint ownership of our pets

Proof of flights & trip details with both names from trip back to England

Thanks guys!

Looks great. You have a good variety of joint financials and living at same address. And Very important is you cover the time period well. I think you have enough. There are hundreds of ideas people add, but not everybody has the same thing. An easy one is photocopy both driver licenses if they show the same address.

We went with the idea of the licenses. Both our licenses had our previous address listed so we sent off to have our address updated (we only moved into our new place in the last 6 months). That'll mean we'll be sending off the ROC with 60 days remaining of the 90 day period to submit. Is 60 days cutting it too fine, i.e. should we send it off now without the address change or is the difference between 70 & 60 days not too important?

I don't think sixty days is  cutting it too fine. Six days would be because you don't want it arrive after expiration. It's going to take a very long time to approve, but your life doesn't really change much because you already have a greencard. It is extended when you submit your application because they know it will not be approved in the near future.
