I think because December is a short month with all the holidays and closings n stuff they only did half the normal interviews this time.  Think mine may be the last interview date at Dec 21st.  That probably means me and my husband will probably be spending christmas in montreal until i get my passport back.

Yoúre probably right but can´t believe they can only do one interview per day. Lol. Christmas in Montreal sounds romantic. Enjoy and good luck

Don't give up hope yet. The NVC/US Embassy is closed next Monday and then only on Thanksgiving day, Christmas day. US Embassy in Montreal is also closed on Boxing Day, January 1st and 2nd. I think you will still hear something this month. Your cc date is at the end of Sept. You could get an an interview date Dec 27 or 28!

Hi All,

I'm CC 10/10 and am just following along.  I'm impatiently waiting just as you all are (mine got delayed a month because of the police check changes - the privacy act was rejected on the 14th of September - which if they accepted it, should have been my cc date i'm assuming).  Here's hoping that all of you with September dates get their interview in December - I'm hoping for early January now. Wishing that this end process was much quicker or at least we were given a little more information as we wait.  The silence and the unknown is so frustrating.  Best of luck everyone!

I feel confident that it will happen for them. There was one person in Aug cc that waited 11 1/2 weeks to get his interview date, but he got it for Nov and with only 2 weeks to prepare, but he made it. Luckily the US Embassy and the NVC are only closed on holidays and not for the holiday season. I am predicting they hear something end of this week. :)
