Filling out the i-485 form and it ask for Nonimmigrant Visa Number from this passport (if any). Is this the red number in the bottom left corner?  If so do I also include the letter N in front of the number on the form?  Thanks.

Yes, it is the number in red on the visa. You should include all letters and numbers of that colour.
