I751 ROC Evidence - Feedback

Hi Everyone,

I would love some feedback on the evidence I have, please see below for a list of the documents we plan to send.  Do you think any of the following would be an issue:

1) We do not have a mortgage contract, just a deed of trust and land title.  I still own and pay for property in Canada so my husband covers our mortgage in the US

2) We don't have a will yet.  We plan to do one soon but I don't want to wait until we get one because I am already in the 90 day time frame

3) My first name is spelled incorrectly (a couple letters flipped) on my medical insurance card and documentation.

4) We don't have full years documents for auto insurance and vehicle registration (should be 2016 - 2018) only have copies for 2018 for auto insurance and 2017, 2018 for registration - is it valuable to pull the others?

5) I have only used our joint credit card once, so you only see one transaction in my name but the account lists both myself and my husband
