to me the blockbuster option of exchanging in the store is not a selling point for me.. I hate going to video stores.. I spend an hour or more wandering around trying to find something to watch..

I also love the Netflix feature of watching movies and stuff instantly online and now they have a pretty good collection too... including movies from the Starz channel

Netflix :thumbs: I don't think blockbusters will ever have the really good customer service that Netflix has.

I have used both and really don't have a preference. Both are pretty fast, the thing about blockbuster is you can trade in at a local store. Although, I understand Blockbuster is on the list to file bankruptcy this year.
