Received NOA2 on oct 12 sent my petition to NVC on October 19th still waiting for case number, mean while can my husband apply for PCC. My question is on his PCC application it’s asking for marital status where my name is not on his passport as his wife. Does he need to write single or married

On his passport it say divorce, at the time he renewed his passport he took his ex-wife name out. Does he have to make new passport
