Can’t find case status online

4 posts in this topic

Recommended Posts

I was able to find case status online earlier, but recently it shows “ USCIS cannot provide with information for your case, plz contact the USCIS contact”(as the attached pic)

but I called, and talked to the customer service, he said he can find it, just the online status sometimes doesn’t show.

Is this normal?
