On the boxes I'm leaving empty for example - children or previously married sections etc do I just leave them blank or should I write N/A?

Also for additional info pages, it has a box at the top for the name. Is that the name of the person the information is regarding or the petitioner?

Thank you in advance!

Read over the instructions that come with the I-129 form. It says that you should put N/A or none to questions that do not apply to you.  The instructions also say who each section of the form applies to.

Once you select the box which indicates you do not have children/never been married, just put N/A in the fields relating to it.

Which pages specifically are you asking about for the additional info pages? On page 13 it’s the petitioner’s information.

Also is biographical information about the beneficiary or the petitioner? It doesn't seem clear in the instructions or form

Biographic information on page 9 is about the petitioner.

This is a good example form: https://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-129F.pdf

To add additional information where it may not fit, you use page 13. For example, if I wanted to add extra address history for the beneficiary, I would fill in a section of page 13 and fill the fields in: Page 5, Part 2, Item number 14a-15b.

Here is a good thread about extra address info of the beneficiary, a comment had a good example:

There is also an instructions PDF located on this page: https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f
