Not sure about 62.a and 62.b

I was hoping to get some help what to put on 62a and 62b. I don't understand what it wants from me. 

I am a US citizen living in Albania right now where I have also found my fiance. I am doing the K1 application now. 

 

I want to send the application to US so we can go there and get married there. I read somewhere that if i send the papers here at the embassy in albania that the process is different or something. 

I am just not sure about  62.a and 62.b and to what address i am actually sending this application. 

 

Some help would be very greatly appreciated

If you are living there, have you considered a CR-1 instead?

 

 K-1

    More expensive than CR-1

    Requires Adjustment of Status after marriage (expensive and requires a lot of paperwork)

    Spouse can not leave the US until she/he receives approved Advance Parole (approx 3-4 months)

    Spouse can not work until she/he receives EAD (approx 3-4 months)

    some people have had problems with driver licenses, Social Security cards, leases, bank account during this period .

    Spouse will not receive Green Card for many months after Adjustment of Status is filed.

CR-1

    Less expensive than K-1

    No AOS required.

    Spouse can immediately travel outside the US

    Spouse can start work if desired

    Spouse receives Social Security Card and Green Card withing 2 or 3 weeks after entering the US

    Spouse  has legal permanent Resident status IMMEDIATELY upon entry to US. 

 

All-in-all, the CR-1 is superior to the K-1 imo.....especially if you already live in the fiance country......

I want to live in US with her though the period. With the CR-1 i have to wait here in Albania until the whole process is done. 

 

So where do i send the actual application? (i was thinking to send it to USCIS in US)

And what do I put in sections 62.a and 62.b
