Hello. Do I need to bring the Birth Certificate of my petitioner’s (Mother USC) to the AOS interview? Does my mother need to be with me at the interview? Approved I-130.

but your mom is the petitioner and she's a USC right? It doesn't matter if she's not born in America. that's why you show them also the proof of her US citizenship together with the birth certificate. like American Passport or certificate of naturalization.

Mother USC is the petitioner and the I-130 was already approved. We have her valid U.S Passport and Certificate of Naturalization but no BC.
