Hi All, being a US citizen, I am thinking of applying green card for my brother soon. As we know that for any adult brother/sister is takes at least 12-14 years to get the green card which is a long span of time. Right now my brother is unmarried but he will get married within a couple of years. I want to know, if I can add my brother's to be wife in his green card application as a life changing event after a couple of years while his GreenCard application is under process?
