Help needed with DCF or not

I am an American citizen i have filed four I-130s for spouse and 3 children, our credit card blocked the payment. 3 out of 4 I-130s have been delivered, 1 is missing Royal mail don't have it and USCIS haven't replied to our emails. Can we fly to the US now and file our i-130s with adjustment of status. Or will our i-130s showed up as filed and we will be denied entry?

This is fraud. You cannot enter on VWP or a tourist visa or any non-immigrant visa (barring K, H, L, O class visas) with intent to file for AOS.

DCF is done there in beneficiaries country and usually takes a few months but is a lot quicker than the spousal visa (CR or IR-1's).... filing the I-130's is the first step but just jumping on a plane to come to the US and then AOS isn't how it's done.

It's possible since only USCs are guaranteed entry, but many people visit with an ESTA or tourist visa fine during the process.

You just cannot stay...you must return home.

I wanted to know because I have arranged a few job interviews and DCF has been delayed by missing paperwork and credit card problems.  can I take wife and kids to US on a VWP and declare i130s are in process we are just there for a short holiday and job interviews but are returning home? Or can wife and kids not travel there until they have visas issued from London

They can travel as visitors fine so long as they have a valid ESTA or tourist visa. No need to declare the I-130 unless asked.
