Hi all

im at a bit of a lost point and this is doing my head in 😞

so i was transferred to nvc all fine, paid and uploaded documents all fine. The aos was accepted but then not the civil documents. .. kept calling they told me case complete and 1 person under review. I called lots of times to be told the same thing but something was telling me this wasn’t right. So I called back, spoke to a very helpful woman who looked into it and said it’s under final review still so she escalated it to a supervisor as it should have been done by now (Her words) ... this can take up to 6 weeks but she said should be done before that!

Why has it got stuck in review for so long, will it really take 6 weeks,..

argghhhhh! 😭
