Not to nitpick, but it's 90 days before the 5th year anniversary of becoming a lawful permanent resident (or 3rd year if special circumstances apply). A growing number of people, like me, have the wrong LPR date on their green cards.

What do you mean, wrong date? The N400 instructions specifically refer to the date on your green card, by the way. How would you prove it was wrong, if it was?

The "Resident Since" date on the green card is wrong: It's several months after my POE date. I have a thread that describes the long-running issue, including my several attempts to fix the date (2 I-90s, 2 green cards with the wrong date). After involving my Congressional rep and the Ombudsman, USCIS Director issued a letter admitting the error and correcting it in their systems.

Sorry i haven’t read all the threads on VJ and missed your saga. You don’t seem to have a timeline filled in. Did you enter on CR1 then? Have there been lots of other people who reported the same thing? First time I’ve heard of it but obviously as I said I don’t read every single thread.
