Hello.

I just received word that my approved I-130 for my son who is currently in another country has been sent to the Department of State for consular processing. My son is 7 years old and is currently in Venezuela. Does anyone know how the process from here goes? I looked at the website on USCIS and it is very confusing for a CHILD who is outside the country. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

For US the requirement you need the permisssion of the other parent to move a child to USA

I already have that. That’s not what I asked. I asked how the process goes as in through USCIS and immigration with the visa
