I am aware that all IR1/CR1 interviews now happen in Mumbai. I have following questions regarding medical exam for IR1/CR1 visa:

1. Can one get their medical done at New Delhi as mentioned on New Delhi consulate website (https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/iv-dv-supplemental/NWD_New_Delhi.pdf) or because one has to interview at Mumbai they HAVE to get their medical done at the locations mentioned on Mumbai consulate website only (https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/iv-dv-supplemental/BMB-Mumbai.pdf)?

2. Do the doctors give you the sealed medical results the same day or do you have to go in person again to collect them?

3. How early can the bio-metrics be done before interview? Do you get to select your own bio-metrics appointment date?

4. Can bio-metrics be done in a different city than Mumbai, for ex. New Delhi or Chennai?

You need to await the notice from the consulate.   Medicals are only good for 6 months.

For both you need your case number.
