I filed a K1 application for my fiancee early late January this year and recently got a Lagos IV email from the Lagos embassy stating my fiancee should immediately pay to the visa process, fill out form DS-160, make an appointment and go for a medical checkup. Three PDF files were attached to the email and one they are a K1 packet and this K1 packet.pdf there is a requirement for Affidavit of Support (including tax returns).

My question is, do I have to fill out form I-134 and send it to my fiancee to? I had sent my tax return when I was sending form I-129.

Please, can someone help me out?

The I-134, tax returns, and any fianancial documentation was not required by the I-129F.

 

Yes, you should send a new I-134 + all supporting documents since the previous ones you sent are likely old.

4/6/2017: Received, 4/12/2017: Sent to Riyadh embassy, 4/16/2017: Case received at Riyadh embassy, 4/21/2017: Request case transfer to Manila, approved 4/24/2017

 

K-1

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE
