So, over two months ago we submitted our I-129f after triple checking everything.

Today, for some reason, I decided to go over our duplicates only to find that we got question 38h wrong.

It asks for Expiration date for travel document or passport, and we stated the issuing date (not the expiration) of my passport instead of my travel visa.

How big of a problem is it?

Should we be getting ready for a RFE?

Seeing how these RFE's are being handled, it should not be much of a big deal. Looking at igor's list and when people get RFE's they get resolved in less than two weeks..

Thanks! Hoping for the best. We've also attached copies of my whole passport, and the issuing/expiration dates are very clear. Hopefully the CO will see that and won't issue a RFE. And if he does, two more weeks is not a big deal.

Fingers crossed!

Thanks! I hope they don't think I traveled on an expired document
