Hey everyone,

I have been a resident since 02/06/14 and had a few questions regarding the 90 day rule.

I have been living in US since 2009 but was on non-immigrant visa.

Demonstrate continuous residence in the United States for at least 5 years immediately preceding the date of filing Form N-400 - does the 90 day rule apply to this as well? What date am I eligible to apply? TIA

It will count from the day you're LPR.

LPR requirement has a 90 day early application period ( so technically I can apply on 11/08/18). Does this also apply to continuous residency requirement of 5 years? Can I apply on 11/08 or do I need to wait till 02/06/19 to meet the 5 year residency requirements? Thanks
