I have a question does anyone know how I can tell if my case have been transferred I sent packet to Texas but for my noa1 from California but noting saying my case was transferred please can someone help thanks in advanced

If you have a receipt notice, your case was sent to a service center.  K 1 petitions are sent to a PO Box in Dallas but the actual "intake facility" is in Lewisville, TX.  All such petitions are sent elsewhere for processing.  The first three letters of your case number would tell us WHICH service center.  Do you have a case number yet?

California (WAC) are my first three letters I think this is California

Correct.  WAC stood for Western Adjudication Center.
