Hello

I had my interview with US embassy Islamabad on August 02, 2018.

I had all required documents with me but according to CO i were missing my spouse IRS Tax Transcripts (though i had 1040, W2's with me) , which i submitted by August 03,2018. They got these transcripts and forward me a confirmation e-mail. Between all this my case on CEAC updated pretty much 4 times. Now I need you guys guidance and how much time it will take in review those transcripts?

Just get the transcripts and send them to the embassy for review. AP takes varying times for different applicants. What kind of work does your spouse do?

Also, did you let the CO know that you had the documents??

There is no time limit on AP

If all that was needed was the transcripts everything should be processed quickly, but any pending background checks could cause significant delays

Thank you guys.

My wife is in medical field in bio tech industry CO asked me about her job which i answered.

Well i told CO that i am having 1040 W2 with me but she said we need Government Approved IRS Transcripts which i sent them next day.

I am surprised if IRS transcripts were missing then why NVC approved our documents and never told us about IRS Transcripts.

My CAEC case status is showing REFUSED, Now i don't even know its under AP or what ? I asked embassy so many times but there is no reply.

My status is REFUSED and case updated 4 times during this time but last update was on August 15. This is weird why NVC didn't told us about thatand why they approved our documents.

If you will read embassy instruction on IRS and Federal tax returns we need one of them so, i had federal tax returns and W2 which was not enough its so confusing. i'm attaching embassy instructions screen shoot where you you can read OR between IRS nd fedrel.
