MMR question Knightsbridge

My fiance had an MMR done today and a Tetanus. His medical is scheduled for the 13th of September at Knightsbridge. The clinic said he has to come back on the 21st of September for his 2nd dose of the MMR. Is it worth it for him to go back and have the second does since it is after his knightsbridge medical? Will this affect him in the future when we apply for permanent residency?

He will need the second dose, try to reschedule the medical.

 

Edit: sorry should give more info, while knightsbridge may say this okay, they won't be able to sign off the vaccination sheet they give to you which you need for AOS, and this has caused problems for people when filing for AOS if they haven't had it. without it the medical may not be seen as not 100% and he may need to redo the medical which delays things and costs a lot more. @Wuozopo will probably know more though!

It will not be medically appropriate to have a second dose on the 13th because 4 weeks would not have passed since dose 1.  Knightsbridge will give a waiver code for "insufficient time interval" beside MMR. Tell him to not leave the clinic without looking over the DS-3025 immunization sheet they give him. He needs that line marked with the code B. There is a key for what the letters stand for.

 

He also needs F on influenza for "not flu season" waiver. And "Varicella History" ticked to get the waiver for Varicella (if he had chickenpox. 

 

What about the Tdap or Td. Does he have a date within the last 10 years? If so, his form will be sufficient with the waivers given. He is excused that 2nd MMR. His form will be good for AOS.

anything newer would be very similar. Use it to know what he is looking for in the last column.

A - beside all the baby shots not for an adult

B- insufficient time interval on MMR dose 2

F- not flu season.
