This might be a stupid question but I can't find the answer so I'll ask it anyway! My fiance is the one in the US, so will be filling it out as the sponsor. Does he need to file it anywhere in the US or does he just send the completed form along with all the evidence of his income to me to take with me when I have my interview?

We filed our i-129f in late February and while we're waiting on our NOA2 I want to make sure if there's anything else we need to file it's all sorted. Thanks!

The US petitioner will fill it out, then send it to you with all documentation for the interview. Generally for me I say have everything documented within a 30 days period before interview that way it is all signed and dated recently.
