DS-160 question...in a series of 'NO's'.....

In a series of questions....where all the answer's are 'NO'.... This question appears:

 

"Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with US law"

 

I had her answer 'YES'....assuming that the packet from St Lukes (her only vaccinations) would be these documents....

 

The only thing that bothers me....in this part of the DS-160.....all questions are 'NO'.....

Hehehe...any thoughts?

Yes is correct for the vaccinations as she will have the DS-3025 after completing the medical.
