My husband is a US Citizen and is filling for my 2 children. My question is when I send their packet should it be mail together or separately? And if in case I miss something what evidence will I include in the packet. I'll be sending Marriage certificate, US Citizen BC and Passport copy of the US Citizen.

Thank you in advance.

hi

you can put them in 2 separate envelopes and mail them in one big one since they are going to the same place

one important document missing is each child's birth certificate. the i130 is to establish relationship between the petitioner and the beneficiary

you are the link, he is the stepparent married to you, they have to show that you are their mom, so copy of your marriage certificate and any divorce certificates if you have been divorced, plus copy of child's birth certificate

any documents not in English must be translated and attached to copy of original certificate

also, no need of copy of his passport, you only need one proof of citizenship, so you send or the birth certificate or the passport, but not both
