I 864 for parent. Joint Sponsor

Hi! Thank you again for help!

 

We send the package for my mom and I got a letter from the Immigration service to add current income (I added just Income tax for last year )

We have a joint sponsor.

1. Our income is from online sales (ebay) -  what proof of current income I can submit? 

2. The joint sponsor owns a company:

  -   Its employed or self-employed?  (Part 6, 1 or 4)

  -  How he can proof his current annual individual  income? (Part 6 , p 7)

 -  The joint sponsor filled the taxes jointly. Does his wife need to sign or submit I864? ?

self employes u still need to file income taxes and do all the things a business does

we had to file quarterly estimated taxes and pay them plus into SS and medicare

then u need to file tax returns in the spring like everyone else and this is proof for immigration of earned income

We and joint sponsor submitted  the Income tax for last year.

For current income: do we need the sales list or bank statements? Or self employer letter (statement) about the activity?

How are your payments from sales coming to you?  Paypal"?  you should be able to load up  a year and list income from that.
