IR1/CR1 Visa interview at Islamabad Pakistan

Timeline

hi can someone please help me my husband had his interview on august 7 at the us embassy at Islamabad and everything 

went good but the co gave him a 221g slip  to send additional documentation about joint sponsor IRS Transcript and then they will 

issue the visa.Can someone please tell me should we mail those documents directly to the us embassy or email or upload to ceac ? Because 

everything is online on the ceac website?? we are so confused please help me in this matter?

some one at a different window told my husband to mail but on the 221 g paper it says to upload it on ceac only ?anybody that went through this 

at islamabad embassy for the spouse immigrant visa ? thank you

Mail them to the Embassy.

Actually the CO didn't even say anything but handed him the 221g paper and it says on the paper that upload it to ceac only 

but yeah maybe we should mail it it them too but anyone knows how many days after the receive it to issue a visa I already 

did upload the tax transcripts for this year on the website for my joint sponsor today.. Will I be notified when they see those papers on the ceac website ?

I think because Islamabad is pivot, the embassy ask that additional documents be uploaded.

you have to upload the docs. can you please give some feedback on interview? questions etc. so that it may help others?

Im also going through the same scenerio my interview was on 6th aug they kept my passport and asked me to upload tax returns of sponser i also did same uploaded on ceac site, today i mailed them also through AEG, now waiting im also confused regarding this keep updating please

The consulars are specific and like to be specific. 

If the consular has asked you to upload to CEAC, you should upload to CEAC so that he may not say that why did you guys mailed when I asked you to upload to CEAC. 

I am going through same and the consular asked me to upload to CEAC and I uploaded the required docs to CEAC.
