N445 Verification at Oath Ceremony

Hi, at the Oath Ceremony you submit the N-445. My paranoid question is, "Does USCIS check that the form is complete and to their satisfaction during the Oath Ceremony?"

 

I mean, they give out the Naturalization Certificate at the end and I'm thinking what if I forgot to sign the form or something and it comes back to bite me later. They have time to check the forms during the ceremony so I was wondering if anyone is familiar with whether quality checks are done prior to handing out certificates. Would they ever write you later saying they found a missing signature or date (even after they gave out the Naturalization Certificate)?

Thank you! Do you mean the quick look when you are lined up or do they do a thorough check after you hand it in?

We were only 60 people, so it may work different in other states. This happened before my ceremony. In Tennessee, they called us one at a time.checked the n445. Verified it, too. They ask if I was still willing to take the oath, bear arms.  

 

Then surrendered  green card,  checked certificate for any errors, signed certificate,  then got to my seat in the order of your certificate. 

 

It was very informal. I was stressed out but they were all very friendly and cooperative.
