Are pay stubs required? Or is my 3 previous years of tax transcript okay?

For immigrant visa, your current or anticipated income evidence is required to show sufficient ability to support the new immigrant.  Although past tax filing evidence is required, it does not prove current or future income.

 

EDIT:  Tax transcripts prove taxes were filed in the past.  Pay stubs prove current income.

I’m afraid that I just switch jobs that with my new pay stub it’ll show very little income compare to what my salary would be for the year.

That doesn't change the requirement to show accurate current income.

Are you self employed? If so that calls for the Tax returns. Otherwise, I'd submit the items in A & B posted above. I mean it doesn't hurt to submit the Tax return. But it seems like that's required if you are "self employed"
