I am a US citizen living and working in the UK married to a UK citizen with 3 children under 21. Plan to move over to us and work.plan is:

File separate I 130 for spouse and children

Pay fees for affidavit of support and Visa application.

File Ds260 and affidavit of support online

Make medical appointments

Go to interview at the embassy

Receive ir1 and ir2 visas

Am I missing anything?

Seems about right. Don’t forget UK has DCF and if you’ve been living there you qualify for DCF which cuts down your time by like 90%.

Look into DCF. Also, aren't your children USCs?

Is dcf just filling the I 130 at the us embassy in London in person?

No all children are UK citizens.

Yes, but it goes a lot faster cause you don’t deal with the bullsh|t at USCIS processing times.

DCF is definitely the fastest option.   If you are the father of the children then the Child Citizenship Act of 2000 (CCA) would apply to them.

So the best option would be DCF. After I have completed the i-130s for my spouse and children do I ring the emabassy in London to make an appointment to file the I-130s?
