Hello,

I received K-1 fiance visa and entered the country on May 12th 2018. I married on Jul 12th. I mailed the following forms by UPS to the Chicago USCIS office om Jul 16th.

I received confirmation of delivery by UPS, but I have not yet received confirmation receipt by email from USCIS. If I don’t get email notice or mail notice within 90days after I entered the US, does it mean I’m staying here illegally ?

If your I-94 expires, or passes the 90 day amount, yes you are out of status; but that being said, as soon as you get the NOA1 notice from USCIS you're in status again so to say.

Any overstay during that period will be forgiven and ignored so don't stress too much.

Overstays are forgiven for spouses of USCs. While you are currently out of status, you can file for AOS at any time. In the meantime, you are at risk of deportation if found by USCIS. Once you get NOA, you're 100% in the clear. Just check to see if the check was cashed, etc. You should get NOA soon.
