Thinking twice about the K1 (split)

Hi I am also a K1 applicant my fiancee in USA filed my papers in April 2018 and on 20th April 2018 she got receipt notice but still she didn't have any reply from them.

I just wants to ask more about CR1.

It takes about 7 months for approval of i129f. You're no where near that time. 

 

What about cr1? You already paid for k1 and started the process and best thing to do is just wait. 

 

If you want to do cr1, you need to get married, file new paperwork, new fee and waiting time for approval is about 12 months.

Some more info about the CR-1:

The marriage for the CR-1 can take place anywhere (US, your country, or somewhere else). You can enter the US with a tourist visa in order to marry your fiancé and then return to your country to initiate the CR-1 process. Check out thread below:

Yaa I know I can just wait now 

I don't wants to file CR1 I was just collecting some information about CR1.
