Include a copy of the citation (which proves it was only a minor traffic violation and not a criminal offense), as well as proof of payment if you have that.  Once you click "yes" to the citation/arrest/detainment question the system will auto-prompt you to upload documentation regarding it.

 

Also bring the documents to the interview in case asked for there as well (most likely will not be asked for once IO understands it's a traffic violation).  Usually with simple traffic offenses, IO's main concern is that there are no outstanding fines.

Now that I selected YES to: “Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer for any reason, for the red-light camera ticket.

 

Towards the end of the online filing, the system asks me to upload the following.

 

1.    Information about your arrest(s), upload clear images of these documents:

An original or court-certified arrest report or An official, certified statement from the arresting agency or applicable court confirming that no charges were filed.

 

2. Information about arrest(s) or conviction(s) removed from your record, upload clear images of these documents:

An original or court-certified court order vacating, setting aside, sealing, expunging, or otherwise removing the arrest or conviction from your record

An original statement from the court that no record exists of your arrest or conviction

You must provide documentation of traffic incidents if the incident involved alcohol or drugs, led to an arrest, or seriously injured another person.

 

 

But any of the documents that I got was not from a court as it sounds like in these questions. It sounds like my evidence doesn’t fit in here but I have to upload because I said YES in the beginning.

 

   For other types of traffics violations not involving a court what have you’ll uploaded when online filling the N400?

It's going to automatically ask for those because the online system can't differentiate between traffic violations and criminal offenses.

 

You said earlier in this thread that you had a copy of the citation and a copy of the proof of payment---just upload those as I mentioned before.
