Hi,everyone

I have filled I-751 in September 2017,But still waiting for approval.

Can I file N 400, as I am eligible for 90 days window period?

I went through N400 for information, everything seems okay.

In 2016 I had an accident with car,due to sleepy road.A lady got little bit injured and my insurance company paid hospital expenses. What information do i need to provide in N 400 and how?

I hope you all will do needful.

Thank you...

Were you arrested or had to appear in court as a result of the incident?  If so, then you need to provide a court-certified copy of the final disposition.

Police just said, you have to pay medical insurance. In April, police sent me mail, that your case is clear now. That's it.

So,I think,I should start N 400 form.

I went through your Naturalization Interview, but i didn't see civic Q/A.Just except English reading and writing.

What they suppose to ask in Naturalization interview and Oath ceremony?

Thanking you..

They ask 10 questions selected randomly out of a list of 100.  Once you answer at least 6 questions correctly, you have passed the civics portion of the test.

You can search threads here to see the full list of questions normally asked, or pick up a test booklet at most service centers where your fingerprints are completed.  The USCIS website also provides an online study tool to help prepare you, as well.

You have to wait until you have been a resident of LA for 90 days prior to your filing date, or else you are not eligible to meet the residency requirement and your N400 can be denied based on that alone.

Also make sure you submit an AR-11 change of address form since you have moved (required by LPRs)...it is available to be filed out online, at no fee.
