Hi, I have a couple questions I'm hoping to get some direction with here.  Filing I-129F this week and trying to complete the form today, and would appreciate any help!

Employment History:

Full Name of Employer - My parent company (S Corp) does not have an official tax ID, but is the combination of two of its divisions and taxes are paid through them.  For the last two years I was on the payroll of one division, and prior to that was on the payroll of the other.

My question is do I just list the parent company as employer "Company ABC" or should I break it out as two employment histories "Company B" 2 years, "Company C" 5 years?

I am sure it may not matter too much at this point on the form, but when it comes time to doing I-134F, I have W2's from both separate payrolls....

Mailing and Physical Address of Beneficiary:

My fiance's office (mailing) and physical residing addresses do not have any street number, just a street name.  I know overseas (Philippines) this is not uncommon, but will they send RFE if no actual number is provided?

Many thanks!

It don't matter, I would just list the parent company

Besides:

Philippines don't ask for Tax returns or W2's, or hasn't for about the last 3 years.

It probably doesn’t matter for employment history.  To be more technical, payroll should have been used as a business expense under one tax ID or another.  That’s the one that you were paid from.  But I doubt it would get to that level of detail.
