N-400, Employment History

I was working for employer but the temporary agency who did find the job for me was paying for me for three months before my employer start formally paying for me.
I was reviewing my document and did find there is a W2 for temporary agency,I overlooked ,in my mind I physically worked for one employer and it didn't come to me to disclose the temporary agency  in the N-400 until I found the W2.the question is ,I already submitted the N-400, so should I fix that in the N-400 at the interview ?

At the beginning of your interview, inform the IO that you wish to update/correct the employment history portion of your application.

It is a minor correction, so don't stress out about it too much.

Thanks Going through for reply ,I didn't disclose the temporary agency in the GC application(4 years ago) as well so I don't know if IO will compare GC application with N-400 and find discrepancy What should I do?

Again, it's a minor correction that can be done at the time of your interview.

Not disclosing prior employment at a temporary agency during your initial GC days will not be an issue when it comes to adjudicating your N400.

Now, if you forgot to disclose criminal history back in your GC application days, then that'd be a different story.

I don't have criminal history or traffic ticket at all ,all I have is one warring ticket  that I didn't  disclose it  in both GC and N-400 application ,what do you think?

Depends on what the ticket was for, if you had to appear in court/pay a fine, and why you chose not to disclose it on the GC and N400 application.

 

Perhaps it would be more helpful to yourself if you gave further information in regards to your questions all at once---instead of truth/details coming out bit by bit (becomes quite like pulling teeth for members trying to assist/advise you)

1-  " if you had to appear in court/pay a fine, "  ???? >>>>>> As I mentioned it's warning ticket  which means "warning" so you don't have to go to court which means you have  nothing to pay .

2-  For  "instead of truth/details coming out bit by bit "

You said "warring" in your other post so I wanted to make sure it was just a typo...yes, with warning tickets you really don't have anything to worry about then.  Best of luck with your filing!

Sorry about that , it  was a typo, I meant "warning ticket "
