I was asked to submit all supporting tax documents, submitted to IRS for the most recent tax year. The joint sponsor must submit all supporting tax documents for the most recent tax year 

The joint sponsor on I-864 must submit a complete federal income tax returns submitted to IRS for the most recent tax year 

Base on the documents submitted with form I-864 affidavit of support for the joint sponsor, the income didn't meet 125% of the poverty. guideline for the joint sponsor house hold size. Submit evidence of assests that meets the standard list or obtain a different joint sponsor. 

Does this tax documents implies to my spouse or my joint sponsor or both 

Can I change my joint sponsor if I'm unable to provide supporting documents 

 

I was asked to provide the following documents 

you must submit evidence to establish that the petitioner on form I-130 is a US citizen. such evidence includes; 
1. Copy of birth certificate 
2. Copy puerto rican birth certificate 
3. US passport 
4. Certificate of citizenship 

When sending the package. I included my spouse birth certificate, Do I need to send all the above documents as proof of my spouse birth in USA
