hello everyone, 

 

i hope you are all doing well, i have a question please

 

is there anyone who can please help me with the list for " filing i-175" i am going to apply for my spouse removal residency status in the mid of July but i have no clue "where to start from"?

Thank you Roel for the quick reply, 

 

can you tell me that " we don't have Joint bank account together NOR we have together health insurance we only have Joint Tax return will that make any issues ? because we don't have some of things , we have lease , we have one daughter and we have "joint Federal and State tax returns,

You just have to gather as much as you can. Having a child is not an evidence. They mostly want to see you guys sharing financial responsibilities and proofs of living together.

i don't work i am just a housewife since he came in to the USA, i am just taking care of our daughter, he is working not me,  so proof of living together will be lease and electricity bill and joint Federal and State tax returns right?
