Hello everyone, while looking for suggestions for more documents that i can add to our case I happened to notice that a lot of people create wills and power of attorney.  What is your opinion of making ones if you have to file i751 shortly(2 months away)? Do you think it will be a red flag or it will be alright. Can somebody share their expirience with that? Also can you tell me what are the steps to make one :D I am sorry I am not very familiar with the process. Thank you very much!

Not an expert in this area but it wouldn't, or shouldn't be a red flag, people update and create wills all the time. Some wills you can do yourself online like through LegalZoom. Some call a lawyer and have them draft you one. Really depends on how much stuff you are dispersing out. If large like a complete estate then generally a lawyer who knows about estate planning is the best bet.

Power of attorneys also you can generally do online yourself.
