Paystubs for AOS Interview

Do I (the adjusting spouse) need to bring in my own paystubs to the AOS, even if my income is not needed to meet the poverty guidelines?

I'm asking because I don't actually get paystubs, but can get a letter from my employer outlining my income if this is something, I should be bringing in.

If you don't need your income to meet the poverty guidelines, then I would say there is no need. Likelihood is that if you didn't get an RFE for the I-864, then USCIS think its fine and you won't be asked about it at interview.

Are you taking paystubs from your joint-sponsor??

I have my interview the same day as you and I had my joint-sponsor get me a letter from his employer indicating his hourly rate and average number of weekly hours he works, in addition I am taking his last 3 years tax returns, but i forgot to ask him for his paystubs and i think at this point it is too late to ask because if he were to send them to me by mail, it would not make it on time.

I'm just bring my sponsor's (husband) paystubs and we don't have a joint sponsor. I am working too, but I don't think I'll worry about getting proof of income from my employer, although I might ask him to write me a letter saying I work for him on a somewhat casual basis.

I would still bring it even if you think it's not needed. I also thought that I did not need it, but the IO took mines instead of my sponsors paystubs.

If Jane's husband's income fully meets the sponsorship requirement, there's really no need. Your IO just sounds weird.

Think my IO made a mistake of taking mines instead of hers. It's ok
