Hi guys,please help me if anyone has had a similar experience. We received our AOS interview appointment letter  and they want us to bring birth certificate of the children in our marriage including those who do not live with us. My husband has a 26 yr old daughter who live on her own in a different state,should we take her to mail us her birth certificate so we can take it to the interview or does that requirement only apply to minor kids?

When we had our AOS interview back in 2015, we took a copy of my wife’s adult son’s birth certificate along with the translation to the interview.  I don’t remember if the IO did anything with it, but it is best to be safe and get a copy from your adult step-daughter just in case.
