N400 filing 2 separate applications in the same packag

Its too late to ask this question but better to know .I already submitted N400 application for both myself and my wife with  separate applications forms checks and photos but only one translated marriage certificate.should send two translated marriage certificates so one for my wife application and one for my application?will they accept one application and reject the other?or they will reject both? or one  translated marriage certificate should be fine for both applications?

Both are permanent residents since 5 years.

Just prepare one copy for your wife or for you just in case  they ask you to send one (RFE). If not bring one on interview date.
