hi all

i submitted my AOS packet 11th April and got my bio-metrics date for may 11th and yesterday i got a mail with rfe stating

1. submit all supporting documents of sponsor//petitioner for recent tax year.

2. doesn't meet the requirements for 125% poverty guidelines but we do..

we are household size of 5 

myself wife(sponsor) 3 kids

sponsor makes 41000+ dollars and the requirement was 36000+ for household size 5 

what is the mistake? i don't understand and what should i do further???

What does the RFE letter say to submit exactly? I’m asking because I got a similar RFE due to not turning in my pay stubs to PROVE I made enough to sponsor my wife.
