CONFUSING IR1/CR1

HELLO .. i am here again i just confused about filing of I-130 , when the time I-130 is been approved then you'll receive the approval notice from the uscis . then the petition receive email letter from the USCIS. my question is

1. in this filing of 1-130, need second NOA,

2. How do you know that is second NOA?

3. What is the different of approval notice and the second NOA2.

4. Is the service center issued second NOA for I-130 or NVC.

5. What is the description of second NOA?

6. how long the second NOA receive after receive approval notice?[/size]

PLEASE HELP NEED FAVORABLE ANSWER IN SOMEONE WHO IS GOOD HEART..

RECEIEVE NOTICE OF APPROVAL FROM USCIS OF I-130 at 2007-04-27I-

I-129FRFE (s) : send notice to petitioner request for additional evidence 2006-12-15

I-129F: 2006-12-15 uscis send notice for additiona documents pending 45days.....

I-129F:2007-02-05 LETTER RETURNED TO USCIS UNDILIVERABLE.

I-129F:2007-02-05 UPDATE ADDRESS ONLINE CALLING USCIS , JUST SAME

TILL NOW PENDING.

1. Yes, you will receive an NOA2 letting you know about the approval. Do not lose this because if you ever need it, you will have to file a petition and pay big bucks to get it.

2. You'll know it's the NOA2 because it will be the second NOA they send you. The first one being the one letting you know that they have received your petition.

3. There is no difference, it's the same thing.

4. Yes, the service center is the one that issues the NOA2. In your case it will be CSC.

5. It will look like the NOA1 except this one will say that your petition has been approved.

6. Usually about 1-2 weeks after it has been approved.

05/03/07 - NOA2

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

1st NOA will have, "I-797C, Notice of Action" on the top. it will say "Notice Type: Receipt Notice"

Amount recieved :$190.00

a few months later, if you're approved you'll receive the NOA2,

2nd NOA will have, "I-797, Notice of Action" on the top. it will say "Approval Notice"

they are both sent by the USCIS not NVC

NOA2, generically means "Approval Notice". If you get RFE's then the only one that says approval is the approval notice whether it comes second or sixth. Keep them all but the one that notifies you of petition approval is the one you'll need to send a copy of later.
