10/01/2010: Application was sent.

10/04/2010: Application was received.

10/06/2010: Email received "Application has been received" & Noticed Date.

10/07/2010: "Touch"

10/08/2010: "Touch" & Check was Cashed

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.

01/18/2011: Oath Letter was Sent.

01/20/2011: Oath Letter Recieved via mail.

01/28/2011: Oath Date. ==> Done, I am a U.S. Citizen

01/31/2011: Applied for a U.S. Passport Book, And, U.S. Passport Card.

02/25/2011: Passport Book's Received.

02/26/2011: Passport Card's Received.

all info seams correct from what i can see. will make hubby recheck it when he gets home from work.

yes we got the welcome letter first thing before anything else sand. cant wait to take our first trip with it to make sure it works.

July 12, 2004 - Notice date

July 29, 2004 - Bios

Nov 10, 2004 - I-485 touched

Nov 17, 2004 - I-131 approved

Nov 24, 2004 - I-765 approved

Apr 25, 2005 - status inquiry since AOS is 90 days overdue

May 2, 2005 - status inquiry letter to Houston office

May 19, 2005 - had a meeting with the ICE ( they said they didnt know I filed for AOS???)

July 7, 2005 - sent a letter to Senator, Missouri Cis, CIS Ombudsman

July 27, 2005 - letter from Ombudsman - they will start an inquiry into my case.

Sept 14, 2005 - receieved a letter from USCIS Houston that I need to contact Missouri ( from status inquiry)

Oct 6, 2005 - fingerprinting- EAD

Nov 15, 2005 - Received letter from CIS Ombudsman-I need to contact the Houston USCIS

Nov 17, 2005 - Received AP and Ead in mail

Dec 28, 2005 - fingerprinting- AOS

Feb 9, 2006 - Aos interiew- still waiting for background check

Nov 3, 2006 - Second AOS interview, still waiting for background check

Nov 3, 2006 - I-130 approved

Dec 2, 2007 - Fingerprinted again..third time for AOS

Feb 14, 2008 - Received email case approved

Feb 26, 2008 - received Green Card

Hi guys,

Guess what??? I couldn't believe it and had to double check!

I checked the status on the USCIS WEBSITE, and there was an update. It said on Feb. 8th, they mailed a notice welcoming permanent resident. :dance: :dance: :dance:

It took almost 4 months to get out of name checks. Thanks so much to all of you for your words of support and encouragement.

I hope that all of you still stuck in name checks get out of there soon (I'm thinking about AOS Despair). I haven't even told my husband yet, I had to tell all of you guys first.

02/21/08: GREEN CARD IN HAND

08/23/08: After 7 years together . . . Religious wedding ceremony and HUGE PARTY in Jalisco, Mexico (we deserve it)

08/24-08/30: Spend our honeymoon in Acapulco, Mexico

Yay! This is great news. I wonder how long it will take to clear all those cases (not to be pessimistic, of course!). My case is still showing a last touch date in July, but maybe we're next!

March 7, 2005: I-129F NOA1

September 20, 2005: K-1 Interview in London. Visa received shortly thereafter.

AOS

December 30, 2005: I-485 received by USCIS

May 5, 2006: Interview at Phoenix district office. Approval pending FBI background check clearance. AOS finally approved almost two years later: February 14, 2008.

Received 10-year green card February 28, 2008

CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT!!!! GOT THE GREENCARD TODAY AND ITS PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR KEEPING ME SANE THROUGH THIS JOURNEY!!!! WE PROBABLY GOT IT BECAUSE OF THE NEW CLEARANCE OF BACKLOG BUT WE DEFINITELY ARENT GOING TO COMPLAIN!!!!! MAY EVERYONES JOURNEY BE A SHORT ONE!!! i was wondering myself if it is the full approval. i would think they would have put a letter in it saying this can be revolked if ur fbi checks come back bad but the didnt some i hoping its the real thing.
