No I have not and I cant even get through to a person on the USCIS number. Only automated.

Say infopass and you will get through an agent. However, youll get only a tier 1 agent. You need to talk to a tier 2 officer.

That's not an option because I think I ll get detained and deported if I walk into the immigration office.

Hired 1 since 2018 and he now says there isnt much he can do so I'm looking for a new one.

Ever thought of getting assistance from your congressman or senator’s immigration aide? They have direct line of communication with USCIS and can get to the bottom of this. Figure out who to contact, get on their website and find the release of information form - complete it and send to them with a letter (and all copies of paperwork you received from USCIS, residency stamps). Do a full timeline and then be specific on what you’re asking. 
 

Did you send in for naturalization? Often times that gets them moving on I-751.
