Required birth certificates for stepchildren of N100 applicant, underage and adult? Or other proof needed?

Husband is applying for citizenship. Going through the N100 application under family, it asks for him to fill in ALL children, including stepchildren. I have 4 children from a previous marriage. Two are adults (24 and 21), two are minors (living with us).

With the children listed, the evidence section for children requests for evidence: "Upload documentation of your parental relationship to each child. Make sure the text is readable. This may include the following: Birth certificate, court order naming you as a child parent, final adoption certificate or decree". None of these really proves his relationship to my children.  So is there another way to prove relationship?  Do all my children sign some sort of statement that acknowledges my husband as their stepfather?  Or is it even necessary?

BTW, I'm in a "mood" about all this "proving" and evidence. Under evidence of children, maybe we should download  the photos of our 3 frozen embryos and the contract with our surrogate..... or would that rub them wrong?

I filed online...

I filled out the section about stepchildren..and was never asked to provide her BC and on my interview letter it does not mention it at all.

(I been here more than 5 years so online it automatically goes by the 5 year thing)
