We never sent in no birth cert for my US husband with AOS.

No where in the instructions does it ask for that document.

AOS is about you, not him like you said.

Hi there, Not having too much experience can not help you with your question...you look thorough for sure...Can you please help us with my question???We are filing out paperwork and first message i am posting and have no idea how to communicate with folks on this site....went to chat but no one there. I was wondering if you know how to complete the question on 485, current USCIS status for someone who is here with a visitors visa and has a I-94, also the next question which asks the expiration date....is this the date of 6 month from entry or the expiration of the VISA as a whole......the visa expires 14/sept/2015 but the I-94 expires Aug.8, 2006. What do we put for the expiration date immediately next to the Current USCIS status box???? Please help...we are so so frustrated and just starting.
