Looks good to me.

Note that you only need to send in one year of tax returns with the I-485. I included a few pay stubs with my I-864, but I can't remember if that is mandatory. I also included a copy of my own (USC) passport biographical page with the I-864. Again, I can't remember if that was mandatory.

Also, I wrote a separate $70 check for Biometrics. If you were to combine it with another check, I would think it should be the check for the I-485 rather than the I-765.

You shouldn't need to send a copy of the I-485 with your EAD application, since you are sending both applications in together.

Good luck!

Yep, but it does say or which means you can give either.

Evidence of current employment or self-employment,

such as a recent pay statement, or a statement from your

employer on business stationery

I think we're Ok, but thank you for being so thorough.

The only thing I see is the $70 for fingerprinting goes with the AOS.

If you made out four cheques then thats fine.

Just dont write one cheque for EAD and fingerprints together as one, as they go with the AOS.

Everything else looks fine.

We didnt send in any pay stubs. Just employer letter.

Ok, I changed up the 70 for the AOS, so they see it right off the bat.

I assume all checks are made out to DHS?

I'm actually a little nervous here. I haven't sent anything out in a while-since the I129f and my fiance did that. Yikers!!

I've included those cover pages and then the documents behind them. The only thing my hubby-USC-needs to sign is the affidavit, right? The rest is me.

So, I'm not missing anything?? please say yes lol.

Thanks everyone wooooooooo

Ummm...I just read in the FAQ that I should include my hubby-USC-passport?? his bio page?? I don't see this in the guides. Are the FAQ outdated??

Just wanted to make sure.

I believe it's optional; not all USCs have passports, for example. Birth certificate, both sides, should be sufficient to prove he's native born. I think they just like having the photo ID. ;)

It doesn't ask for this in any of the instructions, nor have I seen anyone post this. This is so odd. I mean, they already know he's USC if we got a K1 visa-that's when we established his citizenship-right????

Do I really need to add his BC? or passport at all? The 485-ead-ap are all for me....I'm interested to see if anyone has sent in the USC's BC or passport pages.

Do I need to???

Pri, I am looking for someone to check my work-you are asking questions??? lol.

Perhaps you should post your own so people will help you out too.

Part 7 of your I131 asks for a letter of explanation. I suggest you check it out yourself.

Thanks
